Meditation is the art of quieting the mind and awakening the heart’s inner peace and joy. In this workshop, inspired by the teachings of Sri Chinmoy, you will learn simple yet profound techniques to connect with your soul’s inner light. Through guided exercises, including breathing techniques, visualisation, and the power of mantras, you will discover how to calm the restless mind and experience the deep stillness within.

Sri Chinmoy taught that meditation is not just a practice but a way of life—a journey to uncover the boundless peace, love, and divinity that reside in each of us. Whether you are new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, this session offers a welcoming and uplifting space to explore your inner world and take your first steps toward a life of greater harmony and fulfillment.

The post Registration: An Introduction to Meditation first appeared on Wellness Festival.
