Sound Journey: A Journey of Music, Meditation, and Connection
Akashiyanadi · Sunday 1 March · 3:00 – 4:00pm · Meditation Room
Discover an immersive approach to sound healing, where live music, guided meditation, and ancient instruments unite to create a journey of sound and stillness.
This gathering weaves voice, piano, harmonium, handpan, crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, bells, and chimes into a meditative soundscape that supports deep relaxation, inner peace, and gentle inner opening. Each session is guided with a heart-centred focus, inviting participants to settle, breathe, and reconnect with their quiet inner strength.
Yulia brings captivating vocal performances, skilled in both contemporary and traditional styles, adding depth and beauty to the sonic journey.
Suradhuni, a multi-instrumentalist, blends guitar, harp, and udu with finely attuned meditative awareness, creating layers of calm and reflection.
Bhuvah, an Accredited Sound Therapy Practitioner, holds the grounding element of harmonium, handpan, gong, and sacred sound, anchoring the space with warmth, clarity, and intentional stillness.
Central to the Sound Journey is a gentle heart meditation that supports emotional balance, spaciousness, and inner connection. Many participants experience relief from stress, a settled nervous system, and a renewed sense of peace.
What makes this Sound Journey unique is the integration of live music, sacred sound, and meditative guidance into a single, cohesive experience. Rather than a performance, it is a carefully held space — contemplative, sincere, and inwardly expansive.
Whether you are seeking relaxation, inspiration, or a moment of sanctuary, the Sound Journey offers a grounded, uplifting, and memorable experience that leaves participants feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected.
