  • and in association with the White Lotus Private Contract Association (PCA)

This standing is inherent, grounded in tikanga tuku iho, and affirmed (not conferred) by Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, including sections 2, 5, 129, 211(2), 237, 253, and 271.
