1. Introduction

Welcome to Wellness Festival. By visiting our website or participating in festival events, you agree to the Terms of Use outlined here. These terms are designed to support clarity, wellbeing, and a respectful relationship between the festival and all who engage with it.

2. Our Tikanga-Governed Standing

Wellness Festival Aotearoa is supported by The Lotus-Heart, which operates within the jurisdiction of tikanga, under the protection of a Topu Whenua Trust and in association with the White Lotus Private Contract Association (PCA).

Our kaupapa is guided by principles of:

  • Manaakitanga — care and hospitality
  • Whanaungatanga — meaningful relationships
  • Kaitiakitanga — responsible guardianship

These principles form the foundation of how we interact with our community and how we offer our events.
