The Wellness Festival is excited to offer a series of free talks by experts in the field of wellness. These inspiring and informative sessions are designed to support your journey to holistic health and well-being. Location: The talks will be held upstairs at The Lotus-Heart, providing a peaceful and welcoming space to learn and connect. What You Need to Know: Cost: The talks are completely free of charge. What to Bring: There’s nothing you need to bring—just yourself and an open mind! How to Attend: Simply arrive at The Lotus-Heart and head upstairs to the designated talk area. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early to secure your spot. The Wellness Festival is delighted to offer a series of free workshops led by experts in the field of wellness. These inspiring and practical sessions are designed to support your journey to holistic health and well-being.
Workshop Focus:
Experience the uplifting melodies of Bhajans, devotional songs written by Sri Chinmoy. Performed with instruments like the harmonium, flute, guitar, slide guitar, and mridangam, this session invites everyone to participate—sing along, clap, or simply immerse yourself in the collective energy of music and devotion.
Location:
The workshops will take place in the Meditation Room behind The Lotus-Heart, a serene and welcoming space perfect for learning and reflection.
How to Find Us:
- Enter the driveway beside The Lotus-Heart.
- Walk past the deck and enter the foyer through the glass door.
- The Meditation Room is the first door on the left inside the foyer.
What You Need to Know:
- Cost: These workshops are completely free of charge.
- What to Bring: Please bring a clean pair of socks, as shoes are not worn in the meditation room. There is a designated area to leave bags, but we recommend leaving valuables at home.
- Seating Options: Choose from a chair, cushion, meditation stool, or tatami seat—whatever makes you most comfortable.
- How to Attend: Simply arrive at 363 St Asaph Street at least 10 minutes before the workshop begins. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to arrive early to secure your spot.
