Stallholder Information – Wellness Festival Artisan Market 2026

Thank you for being part of the Wellness Festival Artisan Market! We are excited to welcome you and your beautiful offerings to our community gathering. Here are all the practical details you will need for Sunday 1 March.

Market Details

• Date: Sunday 1 March 2026
• Market Hours: 10:00am – 3:00pm
• Location: The Lotus-Heart, 363 St Asaph Street, Christchurch
• Stall Location: Our driveway to the right of the building
• Stall Fee: None, this is a community event

Setup & Pack Down

• Setup: 9:00am onwards
• Pack Down: 3:00pm
• Parking: We will advise you of parking options nearby later this week. If you have heavy items to carry, please let us know and we’ll arrange parking with our neighbours.

What We Provide

• Tent/gazebo
• Table
• Chairs
• Red tablecloth
• Electricity (if needed)

You are welcome to bring your own tablecloth to place over ours if you prefer.

What to Bring

• Your products and display materials
• Cash float (some customers may bring cash only)
• Eftpos machine (if you have one, power available)
• Any additional signage or branding
• Business cards or sign-up sheets for your database
• Water bottle (or visit our restaurant)

Food & Drink

Our restaurant will be open, or you are welcome to bring your own.

Please Note: The Lotus-Heart is a vegetarian site. We would be grateful if any food you bring on-site is vegetarian.

Insurance & Liability

We take no liability for your products or equipment. Please ensure you have appropriate insurance if needed, this is your responsibility.

What to Expect on the Day

• A relaxed, community-focused atmosphere
• Live music throughout the day
• Talks and workshops running upstairs
• The Lotus-Heart restaurant serving vegetarian meals and organic coffee
• A warm, welcoming crowd interested in wellness, sustainability, and conscious living
